Cookie Policy

What this site actually does

We keep this short and honest. Here is everything this site stores or loads, and what you decide.

• One necessary cookie. We set a single first-party cookie, cc_cookie, to remember your consent choice so we do not ask you on every visit. It stores nothing else.
• Analytics are off until you say yes. If you opt in, we load cookieless, first-party Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not follow you around the web. It stays off by default and never loads if you reject.
• Error monitoring is essential and private. If something breaks, we record the technical error so we can fix it. It is cookieless, and your email, IP address, and form answers are stripped out before anything is stored.
• The Leak Finder remembers your answers locally. When you use the Leak Finder, your answers and an unlocked flag are saved in your own browser using localStorage. That keeps the tool working for you. It is not tracking and it never leaves your device through us.
• One exception for failed lead delivery. If we cannot deliver your enquiry to our CRM, we keep the email you submitted so we can follow up by hand. This is the only case where a submitted email is retained outside the CRM, and only to make sure you are not lost.
• Chat is reserved, not loaded. We have left room for a future chat widget. Nothing for chat loads today.
